Dr Andy Kelly


Andy specialises in working with MDs and senior directors in businesses across the UK and Europe, particularly in scaling businesses seeking or receiving investment. He is an executive coach working with MDs and senior directors in businesses across the UK. He has a Ph.D. in leadership from Strathclyde Graduate Business School, and is a visiting lecturer in leadership, strategy and entrepreneurship at the Adam Smith Business School at the University of Glasgow. He is the author of Model T Leadership: From Good Management to Great Leadership(2017).

Andy has extensive experience of working with private and public sector businesses across Scotland, the UK, and globally. He has worked with Board Members, CEOs, MDs, and senior directors to design and deliver transformational programmes which have supported people development and business success.

Roz is a strategic and commercially astute sales and marketing expert with a wealth of experience and a background of more than 25 years working within industry. Classically FMCG trained gaining her grounding selling world renowned brands progressing to working at Director level for global organisations.

Roz’s experience and passion for developing people gave her the inspiration to become a business coach in 2012, since qualifying as a coach with ICF Roz has been working as a business consultant, trainer and coach supporting people, teams, and organisations to achieve brilliance.

Leading, designing, and delivering sales, marketing and coaching programmes, communication is at the heart of Roz’s approach building strong relationships to truly understanding client needs. Roz inspires people to achieve their best through her direct although supportive approach driving transformational and importantly sustainable results.

As a consultant, coach and facilitator, Campbell has fulfilled roles in many sectors including energy, utilities, finance, manufacturing, transport, government and outsourcing. Bringing a background from one of the world’s leading software solution providers and consultancies, he delivers a sound commercial realism into his style of delivery, Campbell embeds this principle with his clients, to ensure transfer of learning into improved ways of working. He has deployed a clear energy and enthusiasm for face to face training, coaching and mentoring into a wide range of projects since 2006.

Campbell advises on, scopes, designs and delivers development programmes for all levels of management. He is particularly at home with organisations in technology, finance, manufacturing, logistics and pharma/biotech sectors. He has a special interest in the dynamic environment of SME businesses. His delivery style is coaching-oriented, encouraging debate, reflection and self-awareness within groups by challenging participants to think differently and try out new methods. Campbell’s coaching style is pragmatic, supportive and energetic. He has been described as “inspirational” and “able to make even the most dry subject interactive and fun”.

Pam is CIPD qualified and is accredited Virtual Learning Designer and Facilitator experienced in all aspects of Leadership and Management Development, Blended Learning, Team Development, Performance Improvement, Change Management, Culture and Coaching.
